Shipping Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

Please note that the shipping costs for the following transport companies are as follows: Olva Courrier charges 16 to 25 soles depending on the weight of the product, and they are the only ones that deliver to your doorstep. Shalom charges 10 to 17 soles depending on the volume of the package. Please choose the option that best suits your needs.

 

At Aniwonderland we prioritize sending the product in optimal conditions.  Please note that if the package is lost or damaged during transit, it is the carrier's responsibility, and we will not accept returns for such incidents.

 

Additionally, please note that the client is responsible for the transportation costs from the Aniwonderland store to the agency. The Olva Courrier agency is located 10 blocks from the store, with a minimum transportation cost of 3 soles, while the Shalom agency is located 5 kilometers from the store, with a minimum transportation cost of 8 soles.
