AniWonderland Return Policy

We want you to love your anime collectibles! Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Return Address: All returns must be shipped to: 1110 SW 30th St, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33315

What Can Be Returned:

  • Unopened items in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Defective or damaged items

What Cannot Be Returned:

  • Opened collectibles, figures, Funko Pops, or manga (for hygiene and resale reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Return Shipping & Fees:

  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Refund issued as store credit after we receive and inspect the item

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Contact us immediately at aniwonderlandshop@gmail.com with photos
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • No restocking fee applies
  • Choose between replacement or full refund to original payment method

How to Request a Return:

  1. Log into your account and view your order
  2. Click "Return items" and select reason
  3. We'll review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, ship the item to the address above
  5. Store credit issued within 3 business days of receiving your return

Refund Method: Approved returns receive store credit (minus 15% restocking fee). Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
