Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times:
- United States: 7-14 business days (processing + delivery)
- International: 2-4 weeks (processing + delivery + customs)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping: Orders $75 and above
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 (orders under $75)
- Calculated at checkout based on your location
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your package ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Multiple Packages: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses. Each package will have its own tracking number.
International Orders:
- Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes
- We're not responsible for customs delays or fees
- Delivery times vary by country and customs processing
Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to change your shipping address. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address.
